Hi, I’m Courtney.
Welcome to my lifelong passion and greatest journey; a journey of walking harmoniously alongside Earth, witnessing the spirit of Gaia, Mother Earth, and guiding others back into deep relationship with self, each other, and Nature.
Through intentionally connecting to and observing the essence of Nature’s seasons, cycles, and storms, I have begun to understand my own seasons, challenges, and true self on a deeper level. When I tune into the stillness and beauty of Nature, my thinking mind calms, breath slows, and life simply becomes more beautiful. The worries of the day seem to melt away when I step outside, listen, and connect. This connection is available to us all, and our innate and ancient ties to Nature are calling us back.
Reiki also offers the opportunity to move beyond the thinking and distracted mind into a heart centered space of clarity, balance, and ease. Combining the powerful healing energy of both Reiki and Nature provides the space to not only heal from life’s stressors but create a life anchored in peace, love, abundance, and joy.
I am a certified Reiki practitioner, biologist, gardener, newbie herbalist/forager, and soul whose greatest passion is to help rekindle the connection between humanity and Earth. I offer Reiki in Nature as a direct way for people to move from the mind into the heart and move from stress and fear into calmness and peace.
All Reiki sessions are intentionally aligned to the current lunar phase and season. Each session includes time in Nature to ground, reflect, listen, and be.
The Land - Lindisfarne Homestead
I offer all Reiki sessions at Lindisfarne, my family’s 80 acre homestead. Lindisfarne, is an oasis and sanctuary nestled off a quiet dirt road in Tipton, Michigan.. calling to be connected to.
We have pine groves, ponds, forests, grasslands, and so much more to explore and get to know. There is a large peace sign mowed into an area of our grasslands, with a peace pole in the center, where you can walk, reflect, and integrate our sessions.
Not only is this a sacred retreat and healing space but it is also our home, so you may see other members of our family out and about or be greeted by a very friendly golden retriever and one of our two farm cats. We also have chickens and an abundance of wildlife to enjoy.
As we are moving into spring, Reiki sessions are offered both indoors and outdoors depending on weather. We will chat before hand and decide together where the session will be held. All Reiki sessions include 30 minutes to explore and connect to the land after each session and will be outdoors no matter the weather. Please dress appropriately.
